The world of skincare and self-care became my focus in 2014 when I was diagnosed with melanoma and started making my own coconut body balm in my kitchen. As I learned about skin cancer, the dangers of toxic ingredients and tanning beds, and how to rebuild after an unexpected illness, I poured my energy into crafting my coconut potions. Not just to nourish my skin but to reclaim my confidence and joy.

A decade later, that passion has grown into something even bigger. Cap’n Coconut has become a space for beauty, strength, and radical self-love. As a master esthetician, I’ve been honored to help people feel radiant in their skin, expanding my product line and services to bring high-quality, effective, and deeply nourishing skincare to those who need it.

In 2023, I opened the Cap’n Coconut Sunshine Studio in Pacific City, providing holistic, custom skincare services that filled my heart in ways I never expected. Now life has brought me to the Big Island of Hawaii, where I continue to create the products you love, each one crafted with care, intention, and a whole lot of aloha. While I’m taking a break from in-person treatments, my dedication to product development is stronger than ever. I’m listening, evolving, and making exactly what you want and love.
